Applying Ox Brew Balm
Apply a pea-sized amount to clean skin, a little goes a long ways. A large amount will take a long time to absorb.
Warm between your palms before gently massaging into arms and legs.
Can be used as a healing balm on dry patches, cracked heals, and irritated areas. Helps to reduce crepe skin, and remove wrinkles.

Applying Magnesium Lotion
Apply to clean skin, massaging into skin until absorbed. Allow to absorb into the skin.
Begin with a small amount and work your way up.
Avoid sensitive areas, do not apply to broken skin, cuts, face or eyes as it may cause stinging.

Apply a few sprays onto areas (arms, legs, back) massaging it in to help it absorb.
